I think this app is a phenomenal idea and much needed. It has helped me stay in touch with my friends and deepen our relationships — can’t wait to keep using Folsom to journal my feelings and keep connecting!

Great way to share feelings amongst those I trust

Novel concept to encourage genuine sharing of emotions. Leverages technology to help you connect and interpret your own feelings in new ways. Easy to use interface and good optionality built into participation / sharing.

Honestly can not recommend this app enough. I didn’t think I needed a sort of virtual system if you will but I’ve been using this with my friends as a way to spread love, support and positivity and it’s greatly enhanced the dynamics of my friend group

A great way to share periodic updates with your friends that go beyond the surface of your traditional social media apps and are more interactive than your traditional wellness apps. A must for anybody looking to connect with others on a deeper level.

I have never been somebody to journal much, but this app has really helped me get into the habit of thinking about and sharing how I’m doing. It has also been a very positive and unique way to stay in touch with friends, and to get a real sense of how some of my closest circle is doing that I wouldn’t be able to get from other social media. Overall, being part of this community has been a great experience and I hope to see this app grow and develop even more!

love folsom so much. feels way more genuine and real than other social places, and a great (and fun!) way to check in with how my close people are doing on a daily basis.
