For such a lovely hotel, this app is a train wreck. It’s like a terrible website inside of shiny packaging of an app. Slow, clunky, and constantly asking me to log in (after entering credentials multiple times). Once I finally was able to book (which was just a website redirect from the app), i don’t get a confirmation number with the booking. Overall, this feels like a cheap throw away effort on what should have been a polished user experience.

Super buggy… can’t even make a room reservation easily.

Downloaded the app to try and not wait in the long line to check in, there’re pretty photos in it and seems fairly comprehensive as a directory of the restaurants and such, but is not working for the sole purpose I need to to: to find my reservation and check myself in. “find reservation” brings up an error message to “go to the front desk” which is literally what I am trying to avoid.

For a resort that is rivaling Resorts World, their app definitely doesn’t separate the two properties. Both are useless.

My reservation wouldn’t show up after “searching” for a minute. Returned with an error every time. Why send me an email saying to use the app for everything if the app cannot do anything?

Can’t load my room reservation. Cant load membership rewards. Cant view maps. Nothing the app claims to do is something the app can actually successfully do

Is this a joke? Wrong postal code, and no way to change the postal code. This is ridiculous.

It’s 2024.. there’s no excuse for a app to be this awful.

Spent an hour trying to book a reservation with this property. Website is a joke - called and they suggested the app. It’s basically the same horrendous website inside an app. Slow to respond. Bad design and layout. Doesn’t save the booking in a cart so when it fails you start all over again. I have entered all my info 8 separate times and it just does nothing. Your investors should know how much money your are losing. A hotel that can’t book reservations. So disappointing. Was really looking forward to checking out this new hotel. I would never stay at a hotel that can’t figure out simple technology.

Love the video in the background. Never seen an app that has a video playing in the background. It’s super sleek, and the colors are beautiful. Love all the little bow ties hidden in the app. Love that I can also check in and use keys right from the app.
