Please fix your dialpad and I will change my review to 5* You know those calls you make and they require you to press different digits? “For English press 1, for xxx press the extension” Well that doesn’t work!

Was great til the rocketed the prices!
I used to get calls from UK to Canada for 0.9 pence, now it’s 9 pence. With free FaceTime audio of video, I have stopped using. Priced themselves out the running for me.

Poor interface and calls often fail
I’ve been using this app for a few years and they have done nothing to improve the experience. When you use speaker phone, the person on the other side can hear their own echo. Wheb you come up against a voice prompt, often the dialed does recognise the input when calling over wifi. You’ll keep pressing a button without avail.

I am finding the advertised rates are not as stated,my recent calls have not lasted as long as I had expected based on my payment .

You will lose your money, avoid.
For the last 3 years the issue is “Sorry, we are unable to connect your call at this time” which occurs 99 times out of 100 even when I call my own number. Other times it doesn’t even get as far as that message. I emailed customer services who replied but gave no explanation, assistance or offer to refund credit. Avoid.
Rip off
Twice now I have topped up and used for a couple of calls. When I open up again after some time I have little or no credit left! They taking all my money!
