Wouldn’t let me pay in app, no matter how many times I tried. Took my card out and re-entered it. Still nothing.

Tried on two separate devices. Something about tokens not refreshing. Definitely needs to be fixed.

The search function is terrible. It is almost impossible to find a specific item using the exact name or manufacturer.

Not all items are listed online also you really need a option to add or delete items up to 2-3 hrs before pick up.

Coupons sometimes download and sometimes they will not. It makes it inconvenient for the shopper also because they have to input the coupon to the system after the customer takes a picture of particular coupon that isn’t downloading. Website doesn’t show store items located in the store. When an item is chosen, it may or may not be in that particular store. When planning a meal, this can be very inconvenient.

I wish the app was easier to use. Searching things you know they have in store gives non-relevant results.

I love it! I wish you could deliver!- Maybe in the near future? My personal shopper is great! Please, please, please don’t discontinue Go Cart!!! It is wonderful!!!

Never disappointed with their performance

Convenient and their weekly sales are always good. Like the gas rewards too!

I absolutely love shopping for groceries like this. The personal shoppers are so nice and they always do a great job shopping for me. ☺️
