Non-existent customer support
Tried to reach multiple times for a few days, no answer. The app itself is fine, but unable to resolve an issue due to lack of support is not a good experience.

Food2You provides mobile access for enterprise colleagues to order food and drink in specific office locations in North America, Europe, India, & Asia. Participating enterprise credentials are required for login.
Whether it’s a delivery order directly to an in-office collection point or being able to scan and pay for items while in the Café, users can enjoy a seamless dining experience with Food2You, powered by Dynamify.
Benefits Include:
- ORDER AHEAD - Select a specific time slot to pick up food from the Café in-person, or from an alternate pickup point.
- MOBILE SELF-CHECKOUT - Pick up an item from the shelf or at the hot counter, scan the barcode and pay on the app - then just walk out.
- CLICK & COLLECT - Avoid the queues: browse the menu, order and pay before entering the restaurant; you’ll be notified when your order is ready to ‘grab & go’ from the pickup point.

Worst app on my phone
Horrible. To use it, you pretty much have to restart it every time because it freezes. And then, IF IT WORKS, it takes forever to operate a transaction. It’s just a really bad UI. If it worked properly, and swiftly, it’d be fantastic.
Getting better! Something wonderful!
When started to first use the app, it was slow and cumbersome full of errors. Now it is something wonderful! Keep up the good work, and keep on making the app as a good or if not better than it is already. Thanks, Raymond

Crashes regularly
Trying to use the app now and it hangs on the welcome screen. Deleted and downloaded and it worked this morning, and the same problem occurred.
Ok when it works
This app goes down multiple times per day and had to be deleted and added again.
Good to use
All navigations are self explanatory! UI is good and faster.
Crashes constantly on apple iPhone
The app is good but constantly crashes . Spoke to other iPhone users who has the same issue
