When I first tried this app it worked well. However, this year there have been issues with my order not being received, no answers when I asked for help and finally the app stopped working altogether a few months ago. I tried getting it to work but when I try and put a location the only option to select is my name. I am very disappointed!
I wrote many comments to the customer service, but no one responded. The per-ordering software used by the university accommodation, but cannot log in.
