Poor delivery service
Foodmandu has the worst delivery system in Kathmandu valley. Use alternatives if possible, Foodmandu has no quality assurances and poorly managed customer service

Even if we order at 5pm they deliver at 7:30pm.
The server is never working
The app is so unmanaged and unmaintained The app wont let you log in

I ordered my food at 5:53 and got delivered at 7:48 , 2 hours for 2 plate momo , from durbarmarg to dhumbarahi! Checked every time for update and they tell me 15 mins more , 30 mins more ! I asked if I could cancel they said no! If you cannot fulfill your service don’t take orders , it’s that SIMPLE!!!!!
Unacceptable service food not delivered…
I m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I waited over 2 hours only to be told that the restaurant was closed. This is unacceptable service. I expected better communication and timely delivery. I urge you to improve your processes to avoid this frustration for future customers.
Worst food delivery service in nepal
Waited for 2 hr, hungry stomach just to know the restuarnt was closed. And these guys didnot even call in the first place. I had to call them and i reveived the information that the resturant was closed and the food couldnot be delivered. Worst service just choose some other delivery serivice. These guys are not worth it.
Best food delivery app in Nepal
I’ve used all the food delivery apps in Nepal and foodmandu is hands down the most efficient one.
