foodora AT: Food & Groceries

I had a few good experiences with foodora last year but for the last few months i’ve had at least 4 unsuccessful delivery attempts with them. Either a missing item, a whole wrong order or just a last minute message that they cannot in fact deliver my order. tbh wouldn’t even think about using it if anything was open in the evening.

This app needs at least a possibility for you to have your courier’s number. I was waiting for him when the app told me the order was already delivered. Got nothing. Order number #wsrb-akyk.

All previous deliveries, favourites and preferences are gone

I’m a foreigner in Vienna and downloaded this app to order food. The roaming in this city worked poorly and the rider couldn’t reach me over the phone and just left without delivering the order!!! When I had a chat with customer service the guy simply told me to make another order as the rider has left and as I was out of reach and my address wasn’t fully completed . He then simply closed the conversation!!!! So I had to spend money twice to have the meal without any polite and customer oriented support! Worse thing is that there’s no address to write a complaint and to require a refund. Decided just to delete the app and switch to their competitor.

Nothing works! Neither payment not the form for the payment! The worst app for delivery

The coupons they share in their ads (the 3x5€ ‘MJAM’ voucher and the one for 6€ off your first order) don’t actually work: I tried applying them to orders from many different restaurants with different order totals but the app just said they could not be redeemed.

I’m really satisfied with the fast delivery and there are many restaurants to choose from. Great app!
