mediocrities who make you wait 1.5 hours and then cancel the order. If you don't eat in the area why bother taking orders from it?

The app has tons of mistakes and glitches. It often didn’t save my debit card; I couldn’t write reviews and evaluate rates of restaurant after orders; tech support didn’t solve refund for horrible food. Suspicious cafes have high rates on PandaFood but ,for example, on GoogleMaps they have horrible reviews. I don’t recommend to use this app(((

As a user I faced a SCAM behavior of Panda service in Manila. I used to use the app o lot with my family. But then the following wired things started to happen in 2024. Every 10th order after Panda app charges the money for food and then when courier is coming near the delivery location the order is canceled with the following reason: We're sorry, we had to cancel the order as we couldn't reach you. Please make sure your address is correct for future orders. Panda never called me and has no either chat or hot line inbound phone number. So now I’m confused as total money that we’re scammed by Pand are almost 5000 pesos for 2 orders. I plan to stop to use this app and to use Grab food

Left me without food or money for 14 days. Didn't get any help from the support service and no one to assist me

I travel around SE Asia, and every time when I move from Laos to Thailand or Malaysia, problems with the application begin. I have to re-create an account in each of these countries, and something always doesn’t work: either phone or email cannot be added or verified. I'll just stop using Panda and that's it. There are many other applications now!

Guys be careful with paying cash! I was scammed on 70$+. And no one wanted to resolve my problem. They just said “we can’t do anything”

2.5 hours passed and the order was still not delivered! although they promised to deliver it in 40 minutes.
