Связаться с поддержкой через приложение невозможно. Нет временного бесплатного доступа, что странно. Оплатив подписку за год вперед, поняла что наличие функций в приложений бесполезны для меня, отсутствии поддержки огорчает, ведь хотелось бы вернуть деньги. Камера не все распознает, ошибается во всем. Многого просто нет. Рецепты мне не понравились. Хорошо бы помогла анкета по предпочтениям для лучшего подбора рецептов для каждого.

По фото не все определяет правильно. А другие варианты не может предложить. Если набирать вручную продукты, тоже не бывает нужного варианта. А добавить от себя функции нет ( или я ее не нашла) Штрихкоды не находит. Так же непонятно: итог принятия пищи.Калории, колличество продуктов, качество пищи, … а сто такое: время? Время переваривания пищи или что… уже бьюсь чтоб понять, но не могу. В остальном всё нравится. Полезно. Интересно.

The app is one of the best (or maybe the best) in terms of versatility of food tracking options and couching. It has only one drawback: not so extensive food database comparing to other well known and established calorie tracking apps.

I had been using this app for 8 months already and it was so fantastic compared to many others. It also killed my own idea to make a wellness nutrition app, I just thought it’s not so easy to show my benefits. But after a couple of updates during the last three months, especially the one with food logging, made me feel awful. It’s completely broken, no postponed logging anymore, no automatic saving. Difficult UX made by junior overthinkers with poor design education and/or experience. I’m disappointed.

Very good image recognition. Beautiful user interface. But need Apple widget with consumed calories. And synchronization with Apple Health is very slow, must be more often.

I like the app a lot, generally speaking. I chose it over another ones due to very interesting recipes and design. However, I miss some features that would made it perfect: 1) Ability to create own dish based on food in it. It’s possible to add a new food now, but in case I wanna add a soup - I would very much appreciate ability to just add components inside so that calorie and nutrients would be calculated automatically. Let’s say Soup consists of carrots (xx g), onion (xx g), turkey breast (xx g) - and all parameters for such soup are already there for me. 2) After picking a diet plan I just get a list of recipes. However, I’d appreciate a guidance how to combine them within one day in a form of edible schedule. Different meals give different calories so it would be helpful to have such schedule for each day. 3) Implement shopping list. After I have a schedule of meals I would like to have an option to create a shopping list based on it, right here in the app. I mean I spent 2 hours yesterday with Excel and PowerBi to create a schedule for next week and calculate how much of each food I need to order. 3) Some recipes mix American and European measure systems. Within one recipe one ingredient is shown in oz, second ingredient in g. Why? It was another problem cause I constantly had to visit google to translate oz to g. Maybe add a measure system selection in Settings so that amounts would be adjusted respectively. 4) Too much of cup/tbsp/tsp amounts. Food is not sold this way but in g or ml. It’s okay when it’s about some powder but for spinach - it’s weird. How much 1 cup of spinach weight? What if I’m cooking for 4 - how much spinach should I buy? I think cup/spoon measures should be additional to g/ml measures, not the main one. Like “200g spinach (1 cup)”.
