Foody Cyprus - Food Delivery

The service was really bad. I ordered food in restaurants, I was waiting for hour and they cancel the order because they can’t found me. They have my number and they call me but calls didn’t come to me and they just cancel the order😡. I was really very hungry and they didn’t understand the problem.l will never order from this app again 👎🏿

Absolutely senseless application, no possibility to cancel the order made, no possibility to contact customer service, the timer showed 20 minutes and then added 20 minutes more, and finally 55 minutes till the courier is at the door, three calls from the courier who doesn’t speak English, that is ridiculous in Cyprus, this “Application” really impressed

Courier never delivered my order. Couldn’t find the building, ignored SMS, and in hour order was as delivered though it wasn’t. No way to contact support via the app, I’ll apply for chargeback

Have tried to order some food, but confirmation code was not sent to my mob while the first ordering

Don’t allow to put address on the map, so I spend my time explaining couriers how to find mg house. Really annoying. Worst food delivery app in Limassol

Why did you remove possibility to pin address on the map. App don’t see correct address and I can’t put the pin with my address on map. As a result I can’t use app I and I go to another delivery company

I placed an order, the delivery was completed partially, an item was missing, the delivery person did not do anything about it, just said he doesn’t have it and doesn’t know, and I wrote in foody about it twice and there was no response. The item was not delivered, no refund was issued, there was no reaction at all. Extremely disappointing service. And there is no option to chat with someone or call someone. Only option is to leave a review for the order but what’s the point of it if no one actually reads them or does anything about them? This is unacceptable. Will not use foody again unless this is fixed.

Disabled push notifications in app settings, cause it started to spam me with special offers. Didn’t help.

Lots of restaurants don’t care to post the menus in english, and the developer can’t even translate the menus using google. No option to set a point for address on the map (very easy but not done for many years). There is no button to got to a list of restaurants on the main page, only a back button that sets the language from english back to greek. There is not even an option to save the credit card and post it to jcc automatically, you have to type it every single time over and over again. Guys, really, thank you for at least trying, but the app sucks and will be pushed out of business as soon a true food delivery service comes to cyprus, it’s only a matter of time.
