My orders always get cancelled, I won’t be coming back to the app or website again.

95% I wanted to look up a specific item the page would not load. The other 5% of the time I was able to add the item to my bag and begin checking out, it would fail and be unable to process my payment. Absolutely the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.

Every time I try to check out on a release it makes me jump through a million hoops to try and get it shipped to the US and eventually it just says ‘out of stock’ and I have to remove it from my basket. I’ve tried the App, desktop, mobile site. I’ve also tried multiple payment methods, browsers, and addresses. FIX YOUR SITE.

I’m not sure what the issue is but this app has not worked for over a year now. I ordered something from them before but now don’t even get the chance. Why has it been so long since it has been fixed? It is very upsetting that an establishment would not make it easier for customers to spend money with them.

App crashes, rarely works. The website isn’t much better. Website redirect you to download the app, every time you click on a shoe especially a popular shoe, you get a message saying the site is down, try again later.

App is down for maintenance most of the time and their site is always access denied from US. What a waste of time.

Nice strategy by restocking limited sneakers at random times. App can’t handle the demand and it cannot checkout under those circumstances. It allows you to cart items not in stock, very misleading. Do not even download.

You’re devs are garbage. Your app is garbage. Your payment processing is garbage. Your company is garbage. You reading this.... are garbage. Sorry to be so harsh. But everything about FootPatrol = Garbage

Good app, but it’s too crazy when you start making payment and error appears. You should not show out of stock items and not let to add them to basket

Really good but need some works
