Worst experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, they put a wrong address for my order, which I ordered specifically for my friend’s birthday party. So exactly on party’s day I was told by Post that they can’t deliver because the Footshop didn’t mention the whole address that I had given. Service works terrible, my e-mails are ignored and I have been waiting for refund 2 weeks (and I’m still waiting). A man in Service Center keeps repeating same things, and I can’t get my money back:/ I would rate this shop as zero if it’d be possible

Don’t buy from them! In case you return your items, they will take them and not send your money back. My sneakers magically disappeared and now I have no product or money!
