Het is een mooie app, die eigenlijk precies doet wat ik nodig heb, maar ik mis de NL taal, en ook iCloud sync naar web of Mac.
I’ve tried many note taking apps, and all of them missed a few key features. This one has it all and is far superior to all the others. - easy to learn with tips n tricks that can be switched off once you understand how it all works - import meetings from calendar with all invitees automatically included - easy bulk formatting - easy copy-pasting and moving content around - include pictures - drag n drop responsible parties to actions - sends beautiful PDF minute to all participants with a few clicks - action tracking - tagging and superior search functionality - include logos - and more... I only make notes using my iPad, but if you want cross-platform functionality you’re out of luck.
This app has the right idea but some aspects are a little over-complicated (for example, I need to track attendance, but I don’t need or want a visual table especially now when most of my meetings are virtual). This takes up a lot of space where a simple list of names would be more compact and could be ordered by position, by order added or by name; Some areas are lacking (for example I would like to see all meeting actions in a single view and to be able to export all of the actions to email or PDF for easy follow-up. But I could not find a way to do that (there is only a view to see the actions on screen). Other things are confusing like the Agenda/Notes/Minutes settings (they all appear to generate the same report). I would expect that the reports would be different beyond the report header - for example the Agenda view might only contain the items labeled Agenda. And on my work iPad, I get an “Email Unavailable” error when I want to get the PDF of the meeting notes. My company uses the Outlook app, not the native iOS mail app. There should be an easy way to preview the meeting PDF without generating email errors, the error can be bypassed but it is very annoying and we post meeting notes to a SharePoint drive to reduce the amount of email so I would rarely use the feature from the app anyway. The purchase price feels a little high for not being able to report out all open actions or all actions completed within a specified timeframe.
Excellent resource. A responsive support from the vendor. I am an user of the paid version which is the one I recommend.
Best App I used for meetings
I know you hear this all the time, but I truly do not write app reviews. But for this one I couldn’t resist. I love the ease of the application and that it does exactly what’s expected. Really hope to see a Mac cross over in its future. Everything is bundled together, I can create the agenda, then take notes during the meeting and then send out the meeting minutes all from the same instance. Perfection!
Amazing app and looking forward to the upcoming updates. It would be great if there was an option to add a corporate logo to the meeting agenda, note and minutes.
Love this app for creating meeting agendas which seamlessly turn into minutes to with action trackers. There is automatic iCloud backup but I would really love to see this app on other platforms (windows, iOS, iPhone) with sync functionality across all.
Before I get too dependent on this app, anyone know if it’s even maintained any more? Would be five stars but not sure if I’m rating abandonware.
You did it right, but it miss few things to be perfect! 1- option to add the company logo 2- view the attendees job title instead of names only 3- insert schedules 4- give us the option the write below any point without jumping to the next point or having it in branch point (free text) Thanks
