I do however believe that not all countries are on the same version - perhaps in South Africa we do not get all of the features? I have another suggestion. I would love to have the ability to use widgets for things like starting the car, opening the windows, etc. As a bonus, Alexa / smart home integrations like IFTTT / Apple shortcuts / Amazon Alexa would be fantastic. I’d love for me to be able to start up my car driven by routines and or actions based on my home ecosystem.

Hi I have a Raptor bakkie and the picture is incorrect

Downloaded the app. Service history op to date till 2022. No data for service in2023 and no data for service in 2024. All services done by Ford agencies. Data is up to date on their side App do not refresh data. Kind of useless.

Useless app its left me without keys twice

Not a bad app however, I'm not to happy about the fact that the app doesn't require any type of verification when opening. If by any chance someone gets access to my phone they would have direct access to the app without any additional security checks. I would recommend setting up a log in screen before access is granted.

This app doesn’t work anymore at least on my Ranger in South Africa. Can’t remote start vehicle always error message. I send feedback and emails. Haven’t heard nothing from Ford

I downloaded this app, and put my vin number however when I go vehicle it tells me I have no connectivity with the car. I tried Bluetooth and Apple car play nothing works. And on the Home Screen I just have my car model on the top and a full blank page. I don’t know what’s up with Ford but they make everything so complicated when it’s just one step to make everything easy

The app has a tendency of disallowing usage whenever it is due for update, whereas there would be no option to update. Inaccurate location with up to 12 hours between updates. Terrible. No indication on whether the vehicle is due for service on simple things like oil or brake changes.
