I’ve been using this app for my tax returns for approximately 4 years and I find it easy to use and navigate, it’s amazing how you can create a tax report within a few minutes in XL Spreadsheet format and forward it to your tax agent, it populates everything and gives you up to 200 receipts per month.

I just had to update the app in order to be able to use forceipt and now I can’t log in via email or google. Either way it comes up with Error -3. Now I can’t access all my past receipts.
Tried to scan a Costco receipt it added up the GST twice...
The currency select won’t allow me to search for any currency. Remains set to USD only. Looking to use AUD (Australian). I am try to test using the free version.

I found this app really useful and recommended it to loads of people. Last 6 months it constantly tells to renew to use features. I can see my subscription has been paid but it won’t allow me to scan receipts
My account always come up as an error . My reports are inaccessible . I have notified them but they either ignore me or tell me nothing is wrong . I’m sick of this poor service
I purchased this app because of the good reviews it had received as it seemed many people moved from Wave to this. My experience has been below average. The apps character recognition doesn’t work very well at all. It also incorrectly calculates the total amount in every receipt. Perhaps I am doing something wrong but the aim for me was to be able to scan a receipt, and forget about it. I don’t scan many receipts, I only want to scan receipts for big ticket items so a little disappointed honestly. I’ll be looking to export all my receipts all over again and fine yet another way to track my big ticket item receipts :/ *Update* I have found a much better alternative and cut my losses with this app.
