And customer service page is unavailable too (“website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later”)
1) Please, add "Download selected issues" button and multiselect option, because it's very inconvenient to download every available issue separately. 2) Please add the ability to make notes and marks(with Apple Pencil) in issues
Dear Foreign Affairs stuff. Many of your readers would be very grateful if you add support of iPhone 6 Plus! Really hope to see this step forward and improvement in upcoming updates. Thanks in advance!
Over the past several years of having a membership to Foreign Affairs that it is a great source of information. It is refreshing to be able to go to a site that is as bipartisan as Foreign Affairs is. It is well worth the small amount required to maintain a membership so that you can have full access to everything they have to offer.
I know major improvements have been made compared to what it used to be. This app used to be a nightmare, and now it is more or less usable, which is appreciated. However, some aspects of the usability still dramatically lack. For instance, who actually can listen to most articles at 1.5x? It would make a lot more sense to have values between .8x and 1.4x be usable. I’d be happy to update this review and rating as improvements are made. Thank you.
In depth .. well written my new “go to” news source!
Since my former source for in-depth analysis of foreign affairs, the Economist, has become unreadably woke, that leaves Foreign Affairs. On the plus side many articles do provide cogent reviews of international issues and their relevance to American policies. Alas, there is plenty of hidebound Washington insider expert cant which ignores the incisive conservative angle publications like the National Review provide. Three stars - Faute de mieux!
Great app. Two issues I’ve noted: 1, unlike on the website, the app doesn’t enable leaving notes on an article that can later be seen in a saved page. You can save an article, but can’t make specific notes on the article. 2, the app refreshes basically every time you close it. Sometimes it will put you back on the article you were reading and where you were in the reading. Sometimes it will put you back on the article but will have lost your spot. And sometimes it just puts you on the home page and you have to find your article and spot again.
I am having to mange every dollar that goes out and sure, I would like to subscribe but am unable to at this time.
