Forest River RV Owner's Guide

I’m a new pop-up owner and have never owned a trailer before. I had a demo on site at the dealership so I have a general idea what things are but you can only remember and be told so much in an hour. Downloaded the app and selected my year, make and model of my trailer. Sadly the app provides a bunch of technical information that you’d only need to know if something has to be fixed, but provides little to no dumbed down “Here’s how you do it” information. A lot of the information is generalized and most of it doesn’t relate at all to the unit. As a new owner it’s hard to sort out what applies and what doesn’t which causes more problems than it solves. I give them an A for the app because it works well but an F for not providing clear information that is easy to understand and follow along with.

I mean, GREAT idea, I really really want this BUT F for effort. Extremely general, videos have no sound, it’s missing tons of info. It’s the basic, least amount of info. This should be SPECIFIC to your model, in fact, it should be the hard copy owners manual along with all the OEM component manuals available as a PDF attachment. This is was very lazy. Please fix this, for the money people spend on your product, you owe them that.

If this is suppose to be a replacement for a paper based manual, then it really misses the mark. Information is extremely general for most topics and does not have any links or helps for your specific camper. Mostly just words with few pictures and again, general information. If you are looking for a specific topic such as “where is my fuse box and which fuses are what” you won’t find it here. Which than raises the question of what this app is for. It could be so much better.

App worked for a day or two and now it just reads “Something went wrong, please try again” when a y content is loaded. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but no luck. Waste of time, these things should come with a printed manual, but they cheaped out with a useless app.

App crashes immediately can’t use it at all

Doesn’t even ask you the model number. A bunch of general information. I need details in an owners manual

This app is useless it is not a manual

This app is absolutely useless it doesn’t tell you anything what so ever I’m trying to hook up a tv to the speakers but this app gives you no useful information 👎💩.

Downloaded the last update and now when I click on the app it opens and then immediate closes so I can't use. I am not sure what change the new update had but it now makes the app non-usable for me.
