Terrible app. Very confusing. Definitely not user friendly. Tried to look up questions I had and was all over the app with no luck. Then I sent the questions to the support email and no answer for over 5 days. The jury is still out whether I ever use your service or not. Ditto above months later. Not user friendly. Second round of digitization. Don’t have clue where to find the videos. Also ordered a thumb drive. Not delivered. Probably going to another Company.
Lack of instructions
I do not have an option to create a book for print.
I don’t like that I cannot purchase additional storage, from what is the exact same account, from my iPhone. I have to stop what I’m doing on my phone to go to my computer to buy additional storage why?
I currently have my digital images saved to several locations. It is nice to start getting them in one place and know they are safe for my lifetime plus 100 years. I hate in other storage clouds that they are compressed and have to be reformatted to view/ print. I also like that this company can save a copy of my vhs tapes and they will forever be accessible.
They add new features like facial recognition or to actually be able to watch your videos, but you have to pay over a $1000 each to use those features. That’s ridiculous in my book. Not to mention it’s $1000’s of dollars to add more storage. 1T of storage is $6,000 are you kidding me??? I’m constantly needed more storage and I can’t afford it. FOREVER is only for the rich. There are cheaper better options out there. I wish I wouldn’t have invested so much money into this company that doesn’t value me as a customer.

All of a sudden this app no longer shows my albums. I have an older iPad but it shouldn’t lose functionality and I shouldn’t have to upgrade my device to see my albums. They are there on my other devices.

Every time I try to back up my iPhone & load photos from my iPhone to Forever I have issues! Its seems every time I try nothing happens. I cant get the app to back up my iPhone I have nothing loaded since JULY 2023 because this app wont work
