Crashes and outages make this platform unreliable
The pros to this platform are that testing is less cumbersome as much of the back office work is completed for you. The real issue is crashes and outages. Support for crashes is just “ reinstall the app” (I just saved you a call dear reader) real issues, like completed tests still showing as pending after a crash are often ignored and pushed back on the user or the person who ordered the test. Outages, which affect not only the app but also the desktop portal, are a nightmare as you often experience them well before FormFox tells you there is an outage. I’ve lost business because my customers were frustrated at long wait times as we switched to paper forms. The employers don’t care that the app was down...they think its my fault. FormFox fix your issues and I will revise this review
