Why The Warehouse has two apps beats anyone… this one is the preferred one by the Warehouse staff, seems quicker and easier to process at their end. Needs prepayment, tho!

App is buggy and having to connect to a random open network to use it is dodgy as (use a VPN guys!) and it makes no sense that i have to pay you $10 to download the app, even if its just a temporary hold that I’ll get back in a few days.

Such a waste of time. Even i register for a new user it wont match because of you must use 8 characters and one letter. I cant log in. Im outta here

Awesome app ! Photos were ready in the hour and the quality excellent

App works well up until confirming photos then doesn’t load. Disappointing, have to go into the store now.

This app works very well in store in junction with the kiosks, no troubles there but not very well from home when actually trying to pay and submit photos fully through the app

I have tried so many times to put through my order using fotofinish as NZ WS dont use printicular which is ridiculous because it works 10 times better than Fotofinish. Everytime I add to the cart, it won’t let me pay or process through the order. no matter how many times I try. The workers here in Auckland just don’t understand how frustrating it can be. I’m willing to pay extra $$ if I use printicular, i just want my order!!! 😡😡😡😡

Not sure if app or just the warehouse stationery but the quality of photos is terrible!

A tedious run of bugs and errors. Disappointed not to be able to get even one photo uploaded to the Warehouse Stationery kiosk. What a mess! They should get this sorted.

Easy enough to use. Pretty straight forward. Uploads photos fast.
