Not sending sign up code via email or phone number after many attempts. Please fix so I can get started. Thank you

I tried to sign up for the app using email and phone number, but it will not send the verification. I have tried verification both on Wi-Fi and cellular connection. I will update this review if the problem is resolved.

I asked for the code 5 times with my phone and twice with my email, no code was sent. Same thing for my friend.

This app is swanky! I love the results tab which lets me see my blood biomarkers and whether they’re in range or out of range. It even gives me high quality information about what each biomarker is and how it influences my health, which has been very educational for me. The Zora AI chat has also been a really helpful source. Since it has secure access to all of my health data, the responses it gives me are highly personalized and thus very relevant, useful, and educational. I use the app as my personalized health education source and health advisor!

Wonderful Fountain Life Doctors and therapists and now the addition of AI tests and your new app, I can become a more educated master of my own health

The app provides direct/clear/simplified information as I prepare for follow-ups with my Care Team. It helped me feel supported, and I didn't need to reach out to my doctor with base level questions I have, I could ask the AI chat. Super convenient.

Zora is freaking awesome!! Who needs a local primary care provider who doesn't know you or have your records??? Zora is now my go to personal medical assistant unless I need urgent care!! What a welcome addition to my fantastic Fountain Life Care Team!!
