Fountain: Podcasts & Music

A great discovery, only a a star short, for the little glitch that my headphone button does start, but not pause playback. Other than that, great experience and User Interface and Experience. Compliments to the Team. And, as I listen daily, am very happy to gain some sats as I do. Keep it up 🧡

apart from the main feature that surely is the main reason people starts using the app, overall is a fantastic and new way to listen to podcast but there are a couple of flaws that I want to point out: - when I receive the notification of a new episode of a podcast I follow it doesn’t show up in the sometimes even for hours; - from time to time after listening for 1h30/2h straight of podcasts when opening the app I can not open the player unless it is open full screen; I updated the app a few minutes ago and I noticed some things that changed for the worse from the last version: player UI (a massive downgrade from the previous) and the list in the library section, the one above (maybe if an user chooses the library view “Episodes” just want to see what has been chosen and not the other options that could be in a drag down menu or modified as wanted). p.s. the fountain writing in the home page, at the top: why? your logo is so cool! and maybe yes, is kinda useless the profile circle at the top left in every page in the app but perfect in the wallet section. I am sure you will improve what before was almost perfect. Wish all the best.

Una miglioria che propongo è che dopo aver ascoltato una puntato di uno Show (nella sezione show) la puntata non viene segnata come ascoltata, quindi diventa un po’ difficile tenere il passo di ciò che si ascolta singolarmente di un singolo show. Un’altra miglioria, sempre nella sezione show, dopo aver cliccato il podcast che si vuole ascoltare, non è possibile ordinare le puntate dalla più vecchia alla più nuova. Vi è soltanto di default l’ordine dalla più nuova alla più vecchia puntata.

I use fountain every day for the last couple of years! I use it because I want to support your project but I have to say… it’s a pain! So many bugs, terrible UX, counterintuitive UI! I’m waiting for some improvements but nothing is changing!! Please fix it or I’ll have to go back to Spotify!

Molt bona app per suportar els teus podcasts/podcasters preferits amb petites contribucions de sats. Encara té algun bug i segurament s’hauria de millorar alguna funcionalitat. De totes maneres, una app imprescindible per entrar al podcasting 2.0
