With the new update it became impossible to adjust foto before sending to the frame

I have another photo frame, but this one actually gives you the videos sound! And the actual pictures are very clear. Highly recommend for anyone.💝

I got the Frame for my early Christmas party. I’m kinda mad cuz it says you’ll be able to upload “8,0000+ photos”. The frame itself almost costs $50 so why the heck do I need to pay extra money just for an App? It should be FREE since my Grandparents spent their money on it. I’m broke on money so I asked them to get this picture frame for me. I was expecting to just “upload a the pictures” and have them as a slideshow when I look to the frame.

I love seeing the pictures on the frame but adding new pictures is not easy

The Frameo team apparently put all their efforts into developing the frame and very little into this iPhone app which you use to supposedly upload photos onto their frame. The iPhone software is clunky at best. If you want to upload pictures onto their frame from a Shared Album (e.g., if you loaded it onto your iPhone from your PC as opposed to taking the photo with your iPhone), the Frameo software cannot see them. Instead, you have to create a duplicate of each picture on your iPhone (really?). Once you have needlessly cluttered your phone with all these duplicate photos, you cannot just upload them to a frame: the software wants you to squeeze “the most important part of the picture” into a circle but it doesn’t allow you to zoom in / out. So if (for example) you have a nice picture of four people on a sofa, you only get the two in the middle of their magic circle. Frustrating. And when you have uploaded your squeezed photos and then check them out on the frame, you find that squeezing was optional and you wasted your time, in part because there is no documentation for the iPhone app. Have fun clearing all the unnecessary pictures out of your camera roll (because you had to duplicate them) when you are done uploading. Customer service, such as it is, is via email and they respond in the middle of the night, so you essentially can ask one question per day. I emailed them a few times but essentially had to figure it out for myself. Overall, this iPhone software is clunky and incredibly frustrating, especially since there is no usable documentation or good customer service. Don’t waste your time
