The error appears from first use till now and can’t even place any order. Really annoying and even made an error updating the profile and no way I can edit it or get help.

One of the male staff (bit big size), pretty rude and unfriendly, as I was requesting to help on serving me the cake first (it’s ready on the rack) while awaiting the rest 3 items (as my 4yrs old son was hungry), as understand needs to take time for preparation), after 5mins of the payment and ordered, he was not helping and told me, we are following the queue number. I walked further, would like to talk to another staff, coincidently noticed my order, 4 items, is ready (included the cake), only pending last item of drink, that’s why still not calling. A cafe which servicing the bad service, even the food, drink are nice, will not be last long!

This is my third time go auto city branch take meal, but every time I go all staff is give me different statement for key in point. First time is follow standard, all purchase can claim by point. 2nd time say cannot because this branch is different, it cannot claim the points. Today I go again, staff tell me I have split the bill only can claim the point… how come same name, but the statement is different. Some more is same branch different staff pass different message…. Oh my god

The taste of the coffee really terrible. Tasteless! new staff in solaria not seriously of making coffee. Std of coffee taste vary every visit. Suggest should hv a proper training b4 making coffee to customer.

The Frank credit was always forfeited because the redemption credits did not deduct the old credits. I had credits that going to expire but after I redeem the voucher, the credit still forfeited after the end of the month.
