Frankies Taxis..

Have been using Frankie’s for several years and highly recommended them. Very reliable, always on time and good value. What else could you want?

Pre booked our taxi a week in advance. Got text message on the day to say taxi was on route. It arrived. Lovely, friendly lady driver. Got us to our destination no trouble at all. Wish there were more female taxi drivers out there like this lady.

Having booked my taxi for 14:20 several days in advance, I allowed plenty of time to reach the Railway Station to catch my train. At 14:13 I received a message that my driver was on his way and 20 minutes away! With 3 minutes to go I went out to stand by the road in the rain to wait for him. 2 phone calls and several minutes later he finally found me and we reached the station just in time to see my train pulling out! I have had to buy another expensive train ticket and have an hour to wait until the next train. Absolutely fed up with Frankie’s Taxis and their casual approach to time keeping today. 😖

Nearly missed our train. Completely not reliable firm. They don’t even call. Cancelled even after reconfirming same morning.

So I changed phones. Tried to install this app in new phone. No option to “log in” just to enter email address, then name , then phone number… then it tells me I’m already registered and I can’t go any further!! How fkin stupid are you guys! PEOPLE CHANGE PHONES!!!

Booked a early morning taxi to catch a a National Express and had to literally run to National Express station with my luggage (after booking on this app), even two hours later (after the booking time) they are still telling me my taxi “will be with me shortly”. Never using this app again and you shouldn’t either! Frankies is an absolute Dissatisfaction and a Disappointment!

please improve this, taxis aren’t dispatched or ordered until the time on the pre order so if they have none available your order isn’t fulfilled even with a pre booking, if you cannot fulfil the order please don’t let them take the order
