Received a wrong product and unable to return it
They have the worst customer care , no they gave for calling is wrong the what’s app no they gave is not on what’s app they are basically robbing you I have so much hope with the brand but I think these brand are the reason people don’t trust Indian brands

Freakins app is a disappointment. Their refund policy and gift card system are unfair and poorly managed.

Shittiest App I have ever seen.
All the contacts given for customer care doesn’t exist. The return refund issue just gets you stuck in a loop and I can’t return or exchange any product. Plus a shirt which was delivered 2 days back and I Recieved an oversized product. So wanted to to exchange but the app says it is not yet delivered. What to do?

Refund policy of the return product is very bad. I ordered 2 times and both time products don’t fit me so I ask them to refund me but they give me gift card…
Worst customer support ever
I recently used this app, and while the collection they have is good, I'm extremely disappointed with the overall user experience. Unfortunately, my funds are now stuck, and I'm unable to get assistance. The phone number provided for customer support appears to be invalid, and my attempts to reach out through WhatsApp have been unfruitful. Could someone please guide me on the steps to retrieve my stuck funds? I'm looking forward to resolving this issue and hope for improved support in the future.
I ordered shorts
When I ordered shorts firstly it took them 10 days to deliver it to mệ and after that I wanted to return the shorts because it was not what I was expecting but they didn’t bother to send any one for that reason worst app to shop from its better you shop from Myntra never ever use thi dumb all waste of money and time
