Terrible company, avoid it!
Just terrible company and customer support. I had a flat tire that they said would be covered by the insurance. After i paid to fix it on my own (with them refusing to help or provide number to call) and sent them the invoice, they said it's not included and didn't want to refund me until they had to go through the call including the promise from their customer support. The next day i called to extend the rental one more day, all was good the customer support confirmed. Then few hours later they locked the car with my stuff inside in middle of another city stating my rental period ended and that I've stolen the car. Lastly when i got to take my stuff out i had to stay in another hotel where i was. Two days ruined of the trip until now.. Meanwhile, they charged me a lot of money just taking it from my account. Customer support were disrespectful during calls. The next day i left Austria following this bad experience, canceling my trip and losing time & money. To make matters worse, they continued stealing money from my account months later saying its parking fees etc, while i didn't have the car. Also refusing to give a refund for the losses they caused. Disgusting behavior by an irresponsible money stealing company.
