They fraud with riders. कोई भी applicaton से bike मत लेना सबसे ज़्यादा damage और low bike देते हैं। किसी भी bike की service नहीं होती तो भी customer को दे देते हैं और फिर bike ख़राब होने का blam customer को देते हैं। इस application से कोई भी bike मत लेना।
Avoid booking from this App. I have made a booking and want to cancel it but i am not able to connect to the team for cancellations and even i am not able to get hold of support team. They are very rude and doesn’t understand your concern. I was also allowing them to deduct my half booking amount and still they don’t budge. Avodi booking from here

I have booked a bike thru Freedo in Goa, and the experience had been pathetic. Freedo do not operate there directly but had a tie up with Dolphin rentals which is pretty much a local business who provided a scooter of worst engine, broken suspension and forget about the helmet. Do not trust Freedo. It’s better to go and book from a local vendor atleast in Goa.
