App never updates, no idea how it works even

You can never get hold of anyone on this app. Live chat stats with AI. Doesn’t work. And it takes forever to get a real person. They send an email that says there is a response but there isn’t. Doesn’t show solar output.

The displays are never accurate and the chat feature is largely unmonitored and useless.

My solar panels are in use for more than a month now. But the app is still showing the status is “pending”, and it dies not show any statistics. But I can monitor my stats on web.

This app is never update. You never know if your panels are working. I don’t recommend this company. Be aware !!!!

It’s not user friendly and the chat takes forever where you end up never reaching someone. It’s a useless app

Freedom Forever and Christopher Sotirakopulos were true professionals. I wish I would’ve talked to them years ago and when solar and started saving money thank you again for all your hard work… Would recommend to everyone.

This app is barely functional, is a mess to look at, never shows current status, and always starts by congratulating me on my system now being operational.

I have to create a new password everytime I log in and can never access what I need
