I am unable to log in today 1/2/2025.

It doesn’t show my library, I entered my zip code, but all that shows up are army libraries. I need the Schertz, Texas library to show up, but it won’t. If there is anything that the developers can do to help, it would be appreciated. I am rating it three stars for now, until I get help.

The service would be really awesome but the app makes it useless. If I can’t airplay I have zero reason to use the app. Truly junk but I believe it was done this way intentionally.

I truly love Freegal. When it doesn’t have glitches, it’s brilliant. Fast downloads. Well-curated playlists. Expansive catalogue of music of many genres.

I don’t understand creating a playlist and only being able to listen to one song at a time?? No matter what I do, it stops after playing one song. Its frustrating and I will no longer use this app.

This app works sometimes but most of the time it will show an error when trying to play a song. Even if it’s a song you listened to 5 minutes ago.

I can’t even log in with my library card 🙄

This app is broken. Every time I try to log on it just says “we are experiencing technical difficulties” and requests I try to log in again.

It used to work on both WiFi and cellular data. Now it works on WiFi only. I have confirmed there’s no change on my cellular data settings, and Freegal has been updated to the latest version. It is disappointing because it used to be my must use app during my commute.

It thinks I am in Europe. I uninstalled and reinstalled again but still didn’t work for me. It pinpointed where I am in U.S. but whenever I try to use the app, everything is in language I don’t understand. lol
