App is never working properly
The supermarket itself is amazing. The product selection, the management, the service, everything is outstanding. They have products that are not easy to find in any other supermarket. The problem is with the app itself is always having technical issues, I’ve been trying to place an order for 3 days, but I’m facing errors that don’t get fixed. I even tried to place it from the website, which is much better than the app, but I’m also facing problems with online payments, the otp screen doesn’t show to begin with. I’m sure they can use white label shopping technology, instead of reinventing the wheel with these terrible results with the customer experience.
