Fresha for customers

Nice work

Fresha while the interface and solution is good. But it is not customer centric. Last time we wasted an half a day for having taken appointment through Fresha with a barber shop named Mustache in Oman - only to find out that the shop are not taking any appointments for the day. When checking if we can put complaint or feedback - there was no interface found. Fresha Team, please keep your channel open for customers to submit open feedback and reviews on the service providers. If you do not - you will loose customers.

Best in town . Must visit.

Had this treatment with Rachel a few times and the treatment itself is painless and gives you instant results which is great, usually lasts a few months. Rachel is friendly but professional and always happy to see me and ensures I am comfortable before commencing treatment. Beau salon is a lovely venue where I usually have my treatment. Would highly recommend.
