FreshBooks Invoicing App

Trying to use the app but keeps freezing not able to send a invoice no use to me the way it stands

Can’t get into my account even after following all instructions

The app crashes every time you press the back button. This hasn’t been solved for at least 6 months and have updated the app at ever chance. Also it’s very difficult to add extra mail recipients when you want to send out invoices.

Worked fine for 1st 30 days,so subscribed,then it locked me out,took payment twice,can’t ring them as I’m uk and there us,the bot is useless,so can’t access my invoices,every time I try to log in it’s telling me my free trial has ended and need to subscribe even though I have. So lost all previous invoices now and can’t send any so need to open new account. Waste of time

Multiple issues on iPhone. When retrospectively reading a job description or quote details you have to press edit or all you see is the first sentence. That’s super annoying! Can’t add a pdf copy when sending a invoice as the button doesn’t appear (because can’t access bottom of screen) until you press send. As of now 29/11/23 at 5pm gmt the apps down. When I’ve been trying to access it for the last month or so, when signing in it asks me if I want to write my 1st quote or invoice. I’ve written 1000’s of each. Developers you need to pull your finger out and fix this!

Let’s me login online but not on the app!

And when I do log in. It’s as if I logged in on safari and have to use the safari version instead if the app version. Extremely annoying

It’s a good app when it’s working but it constantly crashes such that you can’t open it for extended periods of times, destroying the whole point of easy on the go invoicing. I reported the issue a number of times and just get ignored so doesn’t sound like it’s high on their agenda to fix which is a shame

I got this introduced to me and am absolutely happy with The laptop version is fluid to use and the app great for keeping track 👌
