De multe ori îmi anulează plata și mă mint ca e o problemă cu, cardul meu. Nici pe departe, cei de la Wise unde am cardul mi-au pus ca ei anulează plata deși inițial o autorizează cu succes. Nu recomand Freshful dacă nu doriți bătăi de cap cu plata

-Refuzul de a ridica ambalajele returnabile pe motiv ca nu au loc in masina… dc promovați un serviciu pe care nu îl îndepliniți? -Răspunsul obraznic al operatorului de chat “Anca” în momentul în care am semnalat problema! Totul ambalat de ea frumos! -Unii șoferi foarte morocănoși!

Buna ziua! As vrea sa pot da rating priducatorilor locali atunci cand produsele indeplinesc/ nu indeplinesc criteriile privind gustul/ calitatea.

Am reântâlnit gustul copilăriei , în borcanul acela ticsit cu carne la garniță ‼️ Felicitări pentru că îl distribuiți ‼️ CA ALTĂDATĂ , RECOMAND ‼️‼️🔝

Am beneficiat de un voucher pe mail care trebuia foslosit in comanda imediat următoare fiind limitat de valoarea comenzii - și mi s a reactivat acest voucher chiar dacă l am folosit la a 2 a comandă (detaliu nespecificat în mailul in care mi s a acordat voucherul). Mulțumesc Denisa !

Worst experience i’ve ever had with this kind of delivery company. First order i gave they forgot to notify me that the order had encountered an “error” and they had to cancel it. Also it can’t be rescheduled and money will be returned in 72h. I don’t recomand this service to anyone, previous experience with emag is similar. What i recomand is Sezamo app, trully professional people.

My order has been cancelled , without getting to know the reason, while it was supposed to be within delivery timelines. Could be maybe because they are doing false advertisement and don't want to honor orders that have products that had some discounts. I am saying that because the shopping basked value for the re-order is higher. The lady from contact center told me that if i need it, I can re-order from my customer account, but without telling me the reason why they don't want to deliver the initial order. Worth to say that they did not returned my money immediately as well. Consider ordering from the competition, maybe in this way they will learn how to treat their loyal customers.
