I downloaded this app to check if I could order food via this app in Russia or not. I was pretty sure and I was right. You see this app is only for several countries, why then I get advertisements if I couldn’t use it?

The most obvious thing - the ability to reorder your favourite. If I’m loyal enough to download your app, why do I have to recreate my favourite wrap *every single time?* Also, I’m annoyed that tips have been removed from the app - it’s anti-worker.

The app forces you to pay tips without the option to take it out. Apparently they have been “working on it” but it’s been over months that still hasn’t been resolved.

The fees when you order online don’t add up to what you’re supposed to pay, and there’s no explanation what the extra changes are. Very Sneaky!

New corporate owners are literally ruining everything I loved about this restaurant franchise (menu, app, safety features, loyalty program, etc )

Couldn’t get the app to work. My son tried on his phone and had the same experience. App kept crashing at every turn.

I go into order and select an item but there is no place to add to a cart or submit or anything. All i have is a close button.

Not a user friendly app. Difficult to navigate and they got rid of some of the customization options

App asks for a zip code, but I’m in Canada. App doesn’t let me go as far as that. Tried entering my postal code and that didn’t work. I got an invalid entry error. Update: Used location instead and for some reason that worked using the same postal code that failed when I tried 🤷🏻‍♂️ Promo offer that the local Freshii was giving out ended in 2022. It’s now 2024. Why are those pamphlets still being handed out 🤦🏻‍♂️
