MigraPay: Money Transfer

After the previous update i can’t receive the push notification on my iPhone X, i thought tha this update will fix this problem but unfortunately i have the same problem. I used this app for work of course but with this problem i’ve to check everytime on mi laptop throught browser il there is any ticket update

App is laid out well however we need the admin console.

For the last month, when I go to close a ticket or assign a ticket to a building, I get an error message “source is not a number”. This makes it impossible to close tickets as it is a required field.

On iOS devices it continues to fail to sign me in and always redirects me to the browser

Fix your app, I can no longer assign or even assess tickets after the recent update. Keep getting the error “source is a not a number”

I use this app on my phone and iPad for work and I love it! However, there are some things that the website does very well that I think this app could use. First of all I think there should be a tabbed view for ticket properties. We have multiple buildings and I use the location property every time I look at a ticket, I do not want to edit the properties every time I want to view something. I also like that the website allows users to favorite custom views. Having a giant list of curated views plus custom ones is time consuming to navigate while in the app.

Fantastic for the features that are included, which to be fair are probably the most important, but as a service desk admin the ability to utilize admin tools and access the project management modules would be great to see implemented. Mobile browsers are not ideal for these use cases and the project management module isn’t even supported on mobile browsers. Otherwise, 5 stars.

App does not fit on the screen for the 13 inch iPad Pro 2024. Buttons are off the screen or halfway on the screen. It only works well in portrait mode full screen. Don’t even try to use it with Stage Manager.

When this app is not working, it is broken and viceversa. Not really seeing the reason to have it published if it is unusable.

Bring the back the hard push to close a ticket. In the passed you could press on the ticket and it would then bring up an option of what tickets you want to select and you could close it right away (and not notify the requester) from the main tickets screen. Now you have to open the ticket and then navigate to close it. Takes way to long to do that on the mobile device. Bring back the old way!!!
