I have recharged an international minutes plan and a local minutes plan. I have remaining minutes in my account. After that i didn’t recharged for 3 months. Without any notification or any notice suddenly one day my number got deleted and all my remaining minutes got vanished. Outgoing got blocked. My question is, when i recharged this minutes you told me that it is available as a unlimited validity plan. How can you delete my plan balance minutes. You should have notified me about blocking outgoing. Without any notification suddenly suspended my number and deleted all those minutes that i have recharged with my money??? Porting to omantel or any other network operator.

I had the misfortune of using this app, and it's hands down the worst I've ever seen. It's constantly lagging, and half the time, it doesn't even load properly. When it does, it crashes within minutes. The UI is a nightmare, confusing and poorly designed. Most of the time, the app simply doesn't work at all. You can't even see the plans and offers because it's always loading. To make matters worse, the opening screen takes forever to load before the app finally opens. It's essentially useless. Don't waste your time with this one.
