Friendly’s Restaurant

At this rate, the Friendly’s in Haverhill will be gone shortly too. I ordered a large Reese’s Pieces Sundae with butter crunch ice cream. My son ordered a birthday cake Friend-z. He started to eat his first and there was a shallow layer of the blue birthday cake and then it was 3/4 vanilla soft serve under that. Barely mixed at all. I felt bad, until I started eating mine. First off, the ice cream was not the right flavor. Then I noticed that other than a small amount of peanut butter sauce and marshmallow sauce on the top scoop of (the wrong) ice cream, there was nothing else. I remember when I would finish the ice cream and there was hot fudge and peanut butter sauce still on the bottom, and it was so good. Now? It’s like they put one small scoop of all the toppings and called it a day. Terrible. Spent $8+ on a sundae and threw it away after 5-6 bites. I guess McDonald’s next door will get my business from now on, at least their McFlurries are mixed and are made correctly. Sad that such a great place to eat over the years (and I’ve been going for 40+ years) is going down the drain this far. If what I had tonight is the new standard at the Haverhill location, I won’t miss them when they are gone.

This app is horrible. I asked for curbside. I finally wait almost half an hour and go in to get my order and they say we don’t have curbside. I tell them that the app says you have curbside. They tell me that they don’t. So my mobility is low and it’s very difficult for me to get ice cream for my husband. If you don’t have curbside, say you don’t have curbside. Instead you take my money and make me somehow get up those steps and go in and get it myself. Then I find three employees sitting around laughing and talking. The girl looks at me like I’m crazy and blames it all on me.I doubt that it will hurt your stock prices but my time at Friendly’s is done

I got my order of ice cream and wanted to enjoy it in my car. As soon as I open the bag I see my ice cream but no napkins and no spoon. SMH

We ordered two chicken wraps online, and when we picked them up, they had no lettuce. They only had chicken, tomato, and honey mustard. That is it. I called in, and the lady said the order said no lettuce. I have the order, and it was to have everything in it. She wanted me to drive back in so she could remake my order. I live 30 min away. I told her I would leave a review, and she hung up. I have pictures. Horrible service!

I haven’t been to friendlys for awhile and the new app is terrible. I go to my rewards and nothing comes up. When I click the. E club as I am guessing they is the rewards it goes to the internet and not even the app like it used to. I don have any rewards or points. It’s like everything disappeared. So the 1 star rating as I only got the app to manage the rewards.

Just bought a Jim Dandy. I’m usually happy when I purchase it but this time I got half of the amount of ice cream. Did something change? I remember when the ice cream almost spill over and touch the top of the cover.

Placed an order online for delivery. Instructions were not followed, delivered incorrectly. And then after receiving order, we have no sauces. Unreal.

I ordered 3 large Reese’s sundaes (2 peanut butter cup & 1 Reese’s pieces). All 3 sundaes were all ice cream…hardly any toppings. You couldn’t taste any peanut butter sauce, chocolate fudge or marshmallow topping. The peanut butter cups came with 1 PBcup and the other had maybe 5 Reese’s pieces.

Got a fishamajig as they were always a favorite of mine growing up and hadnt had one in quite some time. The laziness of the workforce is showing on this one as the bread is supposed to be toasted a nice brown and a little crispy… definitely not the case as it looked like they threw it on grill long enough to melt the butter on both sides which in turn made for a soggy sandwich…burger was just ok and fries were lame ducks too…more than likely last time I’ll spend money here unless it’s for ice cream..sad that today the philosophy of “just here for the paycheck” is glaringly obvious most places but especially chain restaurants…

So I order 3 ice creams, one fribble… and one more item. I get the bag, 3 straws and one spoon to eat our ice creams…. There’s something wrong with that… right 😌Anyways, good thing it was delivery to home and not take and run lol. I love this store where we ordered from though. Great place, great people, always are friendly and willing to fix mistakes 😃☺️
