every time i boot up the game this weird glitchy and creepy thing appears it looks like two red eyes and a weird furry arm at the bottom and it does not go away and i can’t play how do i play?

When I downloaded this app IT GAVE ME THE CREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEps distorted sonic.exe was on my screen I had to light up my brightness to see him 💡 so please remove this thank you 😊
