What’s happened to the map?

It’s a great app and makes parking very easy. My issue is my iPhone overheats when using app. So I’m discouraged from using.

Very painful app to use. Needs a lot of work to be user friendly and fix bugs

Downloaded this a few years ago and deleted it. Downloaded it again hoping it had changed and was disappointed. It’s not user friendly and needs a total makeover. It still looks like an old iPhone app from years ago. Deleted again….

Very ugly looking app, somehow manages to not work with password managers, but once you manage to login and navigate through a cumbersome set of steps each time, it does allow paying for parking

The point of apps is to make life easier not harder. This app is stupid. Palmerston North district council, give this app a miss. My toddler can create a better one.

This app is a lifesaver. Love how can pay per minute and not run short on time. If you pay a set amount t when it runs out you can just add more while you are shopping woo hoo!would be great if it helped you find a empty park not quite up with that. Only downfall with paying per minute is if you forget to stop it back at your car there are no reminders so you’ll pay till end of day or till u remember. It think a added hourly reminder would be good; it would say you have paid for 1 hr or 2hrs etc of Frogparking then if you’ve forgotten you can says woops and stop it rather than be gutted at end of day when it says your Frogparking has ended.

I really hope you’re working on a new app. Just terrible.

What the point of having a paid parking app if you can’t even top up your account using the app? You get redirected to the website login?

Needs lots of work signs out and Facebook seems to try login to frog in all apps -
