Can’t tell what version I am on. If it updated then I no longer am able to see the current production value. Been that way for a few days now!

The production graph takes over an hour to be up to date, which is annoying but not terrible; however about once a week it seems to be half a day or more out of date! Sort out the data pipeline…

Your stats are way off compared to those I get logging into the inverter UI. For example, the app shows production of 4.5kW and consumption of 500W, while I know for a fact that’s wrong. The inverter UI shows 2kW prod snd 3.5kW consumption which is correct. Furthermore it’s impossible for us in NZ to get any support. There’s no number to call, and online form asks for details I don’t have like customer number etc.

Was working pretty well since I got my system - the odd time required to log and and log in again to get the live information again - but the last week I haven’t been getting the daily history - or updates for a few days at once. Missing the last few days of May but have finally got the first few days in June

The visualisation of consumption & monitoring not working even though we have a smart meter and the web version shows the visualisation. When functions work, there is around a 20 second delay … data is not very close to real time. Missing data in graphs on the app but it’s present on the web version. I think they could improve this heaps. Has potential.

I’ve never had to delete and review an app so often. And your answers to other complainants are pathetic - YOU should be chasing this up, not telling the complainant they have to go elsewhere to raise the issue. This has been getting worse over the last 3 months, and as far as I know, NOTHING is being done to fix the problem identified by many users. I would advise people NOT to use the Froenius system if they expect to be able to monitor it via an electronic device!

Freezes on a daily basis and has to be deleted and reloaded. Why on earth don’t they improve this?

Agree with a lot of the review on here about patchy connection, not showing data and needing to delete/reinstall app all the time navies it’s rubbish. Considering how much I’ve paid for the fronius system and my solar set up I really expect more and I hope the developers are working on a new version that works all the time

Most of the info shown on the web view is missing, so not worth using.
