Frozen Frenzy Mania

I have found in the newest version that many ads don’t dismiss when you click the ‘X’ or actually bring up the App Store when you click the ‘X’. When I brought this up through the app, the auto response email was that they weren’t supporting the app and maybe another user has a solution in their forums. Too bad, reasonably fun game when not abusing player’s time.

Started out great with minimal ads/ pop ups and entertaining but now it’s gotten outta hand. They constantly pop up and when you choose to watch them sometimes they don’t give you the reward that’s promised. Another problem with the ads is that they constantly freeze and you have to wait minutes or close the app and reopen to get back to the game which causes you to lose the reward. B

As much, as I enjoy this game. I’m disappointed, that I’m unable, to connect to Facebook. Please, fix this.

Too many commercials. Lose get commercials, win get commercials, extra tries..commercials. And commercials have to be restarted to finish commercials. F commercials.

There are waaaayyy more ads than before. There’s usually an ad after every life you use which is ridiculously too much. The game is constantly freezing when an ad plays. You need to fix this glitch because it’s unplayable. You need to hard close the app to start again and lose a life in the process. You can’t add add extra moves with an ad because it gets stuck and the ad doesn’t play. Please fix!!!!

The ads keep freezing. The ones that don’t are the ads I remember. I am about to dump the game because of this issue. I enjoy playing the game but you really need to fix this problem.

This game used to be fun and for a free game, having to watch an ad here or there is par for the course. But now, it’s an ad in between every level win, game play, and added plays. If that’s not bad enough, the ad sometimes freezes at the end and you have to restart the game. This is WAY too many ads and there are other games just as fun, with less. It’s not worth the hassle.

Too many and too long ads that sometime crash the app. Understand ads are needed for support but it’s definitely frustrating and less enjoyable than before ads were added.

Have been tolerating endless ads and game crashing occasionally Now it says new levels coming soon for several months If you don’t plan to add the levels please let me know so I don’t have to go thru all the ads just to check Thank you

this game by itself it completely fine, except for the ads. for 1, there are SO MANY pop ups. for 2, when you watch an ad to earn moves, 90% of the time the ad will freeze OR there is no way to exit the ad to earn the extra moves, so in turn you have to exit the whole app which loses your progress. so you basically have to beat the level in one run or you’re screwed. i have a feeling it’s intentional so that you buy more gems. there have been several times i’ve been 1 move away from beating a level, watched an ad only for it to freeze, and have to completely exit the entire app and lose my progress/restart the level. it’s like i watched an ad for the developers for nothing. extremely frustrating. fix this.
