UNABLE TO LOGIN
For months now, ever since I set up my coral fund, i have been unable to login to FSDH AM and access my funds. I have tried resetting password but it keeps displaying an error message saying I must have at least eight characters, an upper and lower case character, a number and a special character, all of which I always provide. Customers should be able to access their accounts seamlessly and this is just not it. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP. This is really frustrating and I think I’ll just get my money back and close this coral fund.
