I called in to these offices and she told me that she sent my 12$ to the Los Angeles court house.😱😱

This app is not friendly for anything. I do not recommend it.

It would be nice if this app gave a filing status even if you owed taxes.

Obviously not a mobile first designed app. Could change the input default values to number for account numbers. No Print button Would be nice to have a print button at the end of the transaction where you are encouraged to print the page.

No different the using browser, and it still does NOT give me an update on my refund status.

This App doesn’t work. You input the requested information and it does not provide the information on your status.

There’s nothing on this app that makes it more convenient than just using the website. Definitely pass unless you don’t want to use your browser and want to be able to check your refund and make a payment within the app. You’ll still have to fill out a bunch of form fields to make a payment. If you already have an online account there’s no way to link it to this app.
