Agradecer al equipo de soporte, que logró arreglar el error de que la aplicación se cerraba cuando configurabas el modo Guard, sin embargo, a pesar de tener buena conexión a Internet, no logro que deje de sacarme la notificación de red inestable, y tampoco he logrado que reconozca las tarjetas Micro Sd, a pesar de intentar con varios modelos.

Blank screen when you open the app to view the camera. It says it’s connected if you turn in the mic you can hear noises but no video. Also can’t pay for storage because the option isn’t there, very frustrating and worst buy ever

I try to get the subscription for the cloud but it won’t let me scroll to select my payment. Why won’t it let me scroll down to select my payment?
