Signed up to watch Canada MNT soccer. Apparently there are “no allowed channels in the country” (yes, I signed up in Canada for the Canadian service with an Alberta postal code). Customer service is only an FAQ or a chat bot, you can only search games in major leagues (not one-offs that are supposedly available, like today’s Canada-Netherlands game), and even that search revealed only the hockey games that are available on CBC anyway. No other leagues showed any upcoming games available. Crappy service and app. Tried calling customer service, but wait time was more than an hour, and I don’t have that kind of time to sit around. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I got it to watch the NHL Stanley Cup matches. Fubotv only had like 3 games available to watch at then time and because of the Regional Coverage, I couldn’t watch any of them. Today, I tried to watch the Premier League Final, and they didn’t have the match available. So much for live tv. The absolute worst and waste of money.

I’ve been trying to unsubscribe all day from different mobile phones and from my computer but nothing works. It keeps loading forever. The website has technical issues ONLY when you try to unsubscribe, what a coincidence… I contacted them and filled a form and I was supposed to get an email from an agent but I still didn’t get any news. Big scam. Also they didn’t even play the final of the Champions league so I subscribe for nothing!!

I never write reviews (this is actually my first) but after being notified that my existing annual package was increasing in price by $100 made the decision to cancel all that easier. Even sneakier was the notification from Fubo breaking it down to a monthly amount to avoid having to tell existing customers that the price was going up 40% (from $179 to $279). I’ve had FuboTV for 2 seasons now and, if anything, the Premier League broadcasts have actually gotten worse. The real truth with this service is that the streams are not always clean and the coverage is so minimal that the fill in between halfs is almost entirely commercials (yes, for a service that you are already paying a premium for). It is extremely disappointing that this is your only option in Canada to subscribe to the Premier League and I’m sure I am not the only footie fan hoping that DAZN can land the rights again when the broadcast negotiations happen next year.

I bought this channel so I can stream the NHL playoffs specifically the Canucks and Oilers It will not stream the games in my area total waste of money also when I canceled my subscription it doesn’t give the option to refund my money Now I’m stuck with a useless channel and a bill on my credit card for nothing

Fubo charges a ludicrous price to access second rate services. Their technical issues for a company of their size and price point are ridiculously common place. This app feels like it’s being run by a frat boy on daddies dime who has never operated a business before.

It’s tragic you are forcibly charged $200 a year to watch the premier league in Canada with this embarrassingly bad streaming service, you are better off streaming games for free at better quality. Do not waste time or money

They charge with after delay sending their emails to spam. And keep waiting on the help desk line more than 1hr

I misspoke my previous comments below. The streaming interference is happening on ALL devices! This awful! It has been a difficult experience with Fubo. I’ve complained before about the poorly designed controls. Lately, it’s almost unwatchable. Constant frame delays, and an incredibly annoying green screen that flashes on and off. I’ve tried loading the app directly from my smart Tv. And I’ve tried loading it via an Apple TV box. Same poor quality issues. The only way to watch it without interference is on a phone or tablet. It’s the only streaming service that has these issues. And I include their rivals DAZN. Not good enough. I hope organizations like the EPL consider consumer reviews when renewing contracts.
