Superb system and fantastic operators thank you

The badge i received and created a login with is not showing on the account. Asked for support and received none. The web version won’t even log in due to redirections.

Travelling to France with our EV so am interested in the combined toll and EV charging option. App downloaded from the App Store but won’t open- ‘an error has occurred’. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still can’t open it on iPhone 13

Works flawlessly, wish I joined years ago

I received a reply from the developer and am quite happy with the clarification provided. I have yet to use the card to ‘power up’ my car so that is why I am currently holding back the one star. I tried to contact the company directly through their website to ask a question but couldn’t find the link either in the webpage or the app. I’m happy enough with the efficiency of the toll badge device to get through the toll stations and other then the tardiness of getting the bill no complaint there. My complaint is that this company seems to be the most expensive for electricity. Comparing it to one other card I have they were 60% more expensive. On their FAQ website they state that the average charge on motorway stops for electricity power up is about €18. Under their present pricing scheme you’d be looking at closer to €50. As I said I tried contacting them directly for clarity but if there is a way it’s not easy to find on their website or app. I’ll gladly change this review if I can get some answers.

Pas possible de calculer un itinéraire sans passer par une application tierce, pas d’info sur le coût prévisionnel d’un trajet. Des indications aléatoires sur les bornes de recharge.

Super application très intuitive qui offre une multitude de services en mode connecté et non connecté ! Je recommande.

Avant on avait droit à une ergonomie défaillante et un design approximatif avec deux applis mal intégrées. La c’est propre, simple et efficace. Bravo. J’apprécie la bonne intégration des deux services Péage/Recharge. C’est bien d’avoir réduit la carte sur l’écran d’accueil mais à mon avis on pourrait la supprimer car elle ne sert à rien ici. Et on y arrive de toute manière en touchant n’importe quel option. On gagnerait encore en limpidité. Je trouve très bien également d’avoir relégué la partie actus en bas de page de manière à ne pas polluer l’information essentielle que l’on vient chercher en général lorsqu’on ouvre l’appli. Bon mais on ne change plus de nom maintenant, d’accord ? ;-)
