I’ve been paying premium for a couple of months and I’m still seeing adds. Tried to contact you guys about this issue but still no answer customer support is nonexistent. Can’t figure out how to fix the issue so I’m just going to contact my bank to stop all transactions with funker530.

I don’t know what happened the past couple months but it takes 2 minutes to load any page and even longer for videos. App and website both are ruined

I just get a white screen and nothing else if I use a VPN. Great app… Edit: It was my DNS settings, not the app. I stand by my score though. You need to sign up for login. Just go to their website instead of giving out your email. The app just forwards you to the site anyway.

WHY HAVENT YOU FIXED THIS GARBAGE APP ITS SO BAD YOURE ALL SELLOUTS

I would like to watch some of the videos I get emailed about… I remember when this app would work great! I used to send all my buddies links to these videos but now it’s just so bad. I can’t even change my profile picture of me and my ex. Not cool

The new interface looks amazing but it completely broke the app for me. I used to be able to pop from video to video no issue but ever since the new interface was implemented it’s been horribly slow and keeps freezing.

I highly suggest you guys fix the mobile app. Has been entirely unusable for the last month plus! 90% of the time you can’t click anywhere on the screen and it’ll crash CONSTANTLY! The app used to work fine before this major update was done.

Use this to study the conflicts around the world and show it to the men I work with as lessons learned. The update has made it more of a hassle to learn for the videos I’m seeking specifically. Would prefer the old style better.

The new app update is horrendous. Everything runs three times slower, the new homepage layout is disgusting, and everything looks and feels clunky now.

They love tracking you. Be warned, you will not be allowed to go to their website under any conditions unless you disable all add blocking and enable all tracking cookies. The used to allow anyone to visit their website, to promote visual documentation of war footage. Yet they won’t let anyone access this site unless they allow their data to be whored out to the highest bidder. Mmmmmm not sorry I’m a veteran too, so I’m allowed to be a critic when you infringe on a persons right to personal anonymity online. I find the app clunky and full of advertisements… new website sucks….
