No reply to mails.No customer care.Quality not good.

This aap is fake as the site is !! As I had fallen for there shoes as it seemed to me really nice but it wasn’t… actually really bad abs pathetic quality. Abs the cheery on the cake is they don’t hav any customer service or support… till the product was under shipment they were replying to emails but as there products were received they took aback !! No replies now worst experience!!! Pls you don’t fall for it or waste your money and time.

They do not have customer care. They do not take returns. Means we have to tolerate even if they semd you poor or bad quality dress. They would not ship my product and they would not cancel my purchase too. We have to be patient and wait until they are pleased enough to send you rhe product. To conclude: customers should be at their disposal. Terrible experience more thn i could brief it.

I’d bought three pairs of sunglasses from these people as my first order. Two of the sunglasses were broken when delivered. I wrote three mails to these people and didn’t receive as much as an acknowledgement of my mails. Their products are inferior and their after sales service is nothing but pure balderdash. Don’t even think of buying from this startup. They aren’t worth it.

Ordered a dress and it is cheap material quality and normal tailor stitched dress with all pen marks.. please dont trust this
